Roast My Stack

Comedy first, advice second. You list languages, cloud, and SaaS. It returns a short roast (specific, not cruel), a serious architecture read, one thing to delete, and a ‘keep this, it’s earned’ line so the bit does not become a pile-on. Punch-card terminal aesthetic. For teams who can take a joke and then actually remove the second observability vendor.

Spec

Build Roast My Stack — comedy with a useful aftertaste.

PRODUCT
User lists languages, cloud, SaaS, and a one-line “what this system is for”. Output:
1. A roast (120–180 words). Specific. Names the tools they typed. Not cruel (no appearance, no intelligence insults, no “you should feel bad”). The bit is the architecture, not the person.
2. A serious read (what this stack is actually optimized for, and what it will fail at).
3. One thing to delete this quarter, with a migration sketch in 4 bullets.
4. Keep-this line: one tool they earned.
5. Optional: a “kinder roast” toggle that keeps the jokes but drops sarcasm.

SCREENS
1. Intake — tag-ish textarea. “I’m allowed to be meaner” is off by default (still not cruel when on; just dryer).
2. Ticket — looks like a punched card / printout. Sections as above. Copy-all.
3. Share card — a 1200×630-ish layout of the keep-this line + the delete, for screenshot. CSS only, not a real OG pipeline.

EMPTY
Sample stack: Next.js, four serverless databases, two analytics tools, Redis “because we might”, Kubernetes for a 3-person side project.

VISUAL
Punch-card. Heavy box drawing. Mono body. No clown emoji, no fire emoji, no purple.

OUT OF SCOPE
Actual cloud cost APIs, scanning GitHub, shaming employers.

ACCEPTANCE
- Sample roast mentions at least two of the pasted tools by name.
- Delete section has exactly one primary target.
- Kinder toggle changes diction without emptying the advice.
- Mobile printout wraps; no overflow.
